Forgot login details?
There are different types of PPS Register login details. The paragraphs below briefly outline what these different logins are and what you can do if you have forgotten your login details.
Account login
If you are an account customer, you would have been sent your user ID and password when you were added as a user of the account.
If you have your user ID but have forgotten your password, go to the forgotten password page on the PPS Register transaction site.
Registration token
When a registration is created, the registration ID and token is sent to the address for service noted in the registration. These will allow you to access and make changes to the registration.
If you have forgotten your registration token and are not able to access details of the Registration Token that was sent to you, go to the re-issue token page on the PPS Register transaction site.
Secured party group access code
A secured party group is required to be created before you can make a registration on the PPS Register. When you created your secured party group, the group number and access code is sent to the address for service for that secured party group.
If you have forgotten your secured party group access code and are not otherwise able to locate it, please go to forgot secured party group access code page of the PPS Register transactional site.
