Use the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) National
If you have difficulty speaking or understanding English, call the Translating and Interpreting Service National on 131 450 for the cost of a local call.
They will interpret and translate your query, and then call us for you.
The Translating and Interpreting Service National is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for over 170 languages.
