Your chance to comment on the proposed PPSR fees and charges to apply from 1 July 2018

AFSA periodically reviews its Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) fees and charges to ensure we recover the costs of providing our services.

AFSA has recently undertaken a review of the PPSR fees and charges and has prepared a Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS) for the proposed fees and charges to commence from 1 July 2018.

You can view the CRIS on the PPSR website.

If you would like to comment on the CRIS, please forward your comments to by 6pm on Friday 4 May 2018.

Any new fees must be approved by the Attorney-General. If the proposed fees and charges are approved by the Attorney-General they will come into effect on 1 July 2018.
