We are redeveloping the AFSA website and have released a beta version of the new site for you to explore and provide feedback before it launches.
Transforming the AFSA website
The new site features:
- tailored landing pages based on client types to help people find information relevant to their situation
- reorganised content and reduced duplication
- improved navigation and search so it’s easier to find what you need.
The updates you see in the new AFSA beta site have been informed by your feedback to make our services more accessible.
Does it change how I use AFSA’s online services?
The changes made to the website don’t affect access to AFSA’s online services for registered trustees and registered debt agreement administrators. It also won’t change the process for clients to apply for bankruptcy online.
Tell us what you think
We will continue to update features and content based on feedback.
To provide your thoughts on the beta site, use the feedback form at the bottom of every page on beta.afsa.gov.au or if you have any questions email communications@afsa.gov.au.
While we’re in beta, afsa.gov.au remains the official website.
