Manage your B2G password

There are two main ways that you manage your B2G password:

Using the PPSR’s web interface, you can also view your password history and unlock your B2G connection

Change your B2G password

You need to change your B2G password via your B2G interface:

  • when you first log into a PPSR environment via the B2G channel
  • after a password reset via the web interface
  • every 90 days.

Your B2G password relates to the customer location user ID and username for the environment that you are accessing.

To change your B2G password, use the ChangeB2GPassword operation of the register operations web service before calling any other operations.

Once you have changed your B2G password, make sure you update all your servers with the new password. If you do not update your servers, you cannot access the PPSR via your B2G interface.
