Each user of a PPSR account can specify an email to receive copies of the notifications when they complete a registration activity.
For users to be sent a copy of the notification when they complete a registration activity the secured party group (SPG) settings need to be set to yes, to allow CC copies. The first section of this page explains how to set and update the permissions.
The second section of this page explains how to set and manage each users CC email address. If the SPG settings are set to no, the user will be advised once they have completed the transaction that they will not receive the notification.
How can I view and or change the SPG settings for CC email addresses?
Log into the PPSR (opens new window)
Step 1: Go to Secured party groups.
Select Manage a secured party group.
Enter the SPG number and access code and select retrieve
Step 2: Locate the Address for service section.
Find the heading Address for service.
Click the edit button on the same line to make your changes.
Step 3: Select the notification type then click the Set address button
Select either Verification Statements, Access Codes or Tokens and press the set address button.
Edit the following check box: “Allow copies of this notification to be sent to CC addresses”
If this box is checked users will be able to receive CC copies, by unchecking this box, users will not be able to receive CC copies.
Make sure all the details are correct before clicking the update button.
You will be returned to the address for service field on the manage a secured party group page.
Once all of the details are correct select the save button.
How can I view and or change my CC copy address?
Log into the PPSR(opens new window)
Step 1: Go to the 'Registration activity - send copies to:' box
Select the edit button from the user details panel under the heading of ‘Registration activity - send copies to:’
Step 2: Edit the address details
Enter an additional email address
Re-enter the email address to validate
Tip: If you wish to remove your CC addresses select the clear button.
Make sure all the details are correct before clicking the save button.
This will return you to the previous page you were using.
