Setting favourite grantors for your account

As an account user you can have your account administrator set up a list of favourite grantors for your account.

The account administrator can assign nicknames to help you identify each grantor. 

You need account details and grantor details

As an account administrator you will need your PPSR account username and password, and the grantor details

Set up your favourite grantors

Log into your PPSR account

Go to manage account customer.

Select manage favourite grantors at the bottom of the page.

Select add new favourite.

Enter the grantor details.

Enter a nickname for the grantor.

Click save.

Using your favourite grantors

You can use your favourite grantors when completing an Individual grantor or Organisation grantor search, or when creating a registration.

Use your favourite grantor to complete a search

Go to search by individual grantor or search by organisation grantor

Select the grantor nickname from the Use a favourite to pre-fill grantor fields drop down box.

Once you have chosen your grantor select Use favourite.

If your grantor is an organisation with an identifier, select verify

Complete your search as per normal.

Use your favourite grantor to create a registration

Go to create a registration

Complete steps 1 and 2.

If a Grantor is applicable for your registration select the grantor nickname from the Use a favourite to pre-fill grantor fields drop down box.

Once you have chosen your grantor select Use favourite.

If your grantor is an organisation with an identifier, select verify

Complete steps 4-6 registration as per normal

Use your favourite grantor to create an alert notification

This is only applicable for favourite grantors with an ACN, ARBN or ARSN.

Go to Create alert notification request

Complete step 1 and select next

Select the Use a favourite to pre-fill grantor fields drop down box.

Once you have chosen your grantor select Use favourite.

Once the identifier is displayed, select verify and select add.

Complete the request as per normal.
