SPG reports

Secured party group (SPG) reports assist you to manage your registrations.

SPG reports

There are four different SPG reports that can keep you up to date with your registrations.

You need to be an account user with reports permissions to access SPG reports.

Current registrations for SPG report

This report will:

  • provide data in real time, showing all registration numbers and associated registration details in the PPSR at the time of running the report.

As this report relates to a specific SPG you will need to enter the SPG number and access code.

Registrations due to expire report

This report will:

  • provide data until the end of the previous day
  • allow you to specify the time period in which registrations will expire
  • show a serial number and serial number type if the registration has one.

You will need to enter the SPG number and access code to request this report.

Registrations with tokens for a secured party group report

This report will:

  • provide data until the end of the previous day
  • show you all registration numbers and their associated tokens

You will need to enter the SPG number and access code to request this report.

SPG registration activity report

This report will:

  • provide data until the end of the previous day
  • return data for all registration transactions, or you can select the type of transaction (for example, created, amended, discharged or transferred)
  • show serial number and serial number type if the registration has one
  • show the grantor name, identifier and identifier type if the registration has one
  • return data for all collateral classes or you can select specific collateral classes
  • provide you with the user who has completed each transaction.

Further account holder reports

Account holders have access to further reports that assist with managing registrations.
