The National Service Centre can answer many common questions about all aspects of the PPSR, and guide you through online operations. We can provide you with general information about rules, procedures and practices, but cannot offer advice, legal interpretations or opinions about what you should do.

The National Service Centre cannot register on your behalf
The National Service Centre is not able to perform registration transactions on your behalf. This includes:
- creating a user account
- creating secured party groups
- creating/amending/discharge a registration
NSC staff can talk you through the process of doing this online.

National Service Centre contact hours are Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 8 pm (AEST).
It is closed on Saturday and Sunday and national public holidays.
