Create a new role for account users which provides the ability to search and register without having access to ‘manage account financials’ functionality

Details: 

For an account customer user to perform a search, they must have the “Manage our Account financials” role. This role also allows them to see and amend financial details including payment method (PAYG, Pre-pay), financial information, enrol credit card view account balance, credit limit and discount.
